Hello, my name is Dorcas and I design and make all the products you see here. I'm often accompanied and "assisted" by a little guy called Abram. Together, we form the team at Abram & Dorcas.
Generous amounts of effort, thought and love are poured into this process to make every handcrafted item stand out with its own personality and unique style.

Do you love products with a story, made specially for you with high-quality materials? Then, you're in for a treat. At any one time, I only work on a single product until it's beautifully finished. All the bags and accessories go through several stages - beginning with planning and design, to precisely cutting the required materials, prepping materials for sewing and then, sewing them all together.
Customisation options are truly endless - you can choose your zipper colour, pick out a fabric combination you fancy, have the measurements tailored to your needs - say with large pockets or a specific strap length.

The iPad cover shown here is a custom order for an iPad Air. Our customer wanted 2 different Liberty fabrics, the classic Emily Belle print for the front and and an equally elegant print for the back. She also specifically wanted a purple zipper and her name on the front.
Her name was hand-embroidered. Hand-embroidery is never perfect like machine-embroidery but it certainly has much more character and beauty. She'll be the only person in the world to ever own an iPad cover in this design, made specially for her according to her personal taste.
