1. Custom Orders
- I want to place a custom order, how do I go about this?

- Do you offer personalisation?
Yes, we do. The type of personalisation we offer is hand-embroidered alphabets. Personalised products must be made-to-order, it cannot be done on ready stock products. Please reach out via the chat option here or on Instagram @abramdorcas to work with us to create your personalised products.
2. Shipping
- Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Australia and the United Kingdom. Some small items can be shipped to the US. Please select 'Unites States' as your country, if you're shopping from the US.
- When will I receive my order?
Orders to Singapore typically take 2 to 3 business days, while orders to other countries that we ship to, usually take 2 to 3 weeks.
- Where does my order ship from?
Your order will ship from Singapore, where all our products are handcrafted.
3. Returns and Refund
- Do you accept returns?
Every one of our products are carefully inspected before they're shipped. In the unlikely event that they are issues with the product you've received, please reach out to us at hello@abramdorcas.com.
